Mowbray park is located on Lytton Road and sits adjacent to the Brisbane River in the suburb of Kangaroo Point, East Brisbane. A spectacular view of the city and river forms the picturesque outlook from this recreational park with facilities including BBQ, picnic seats and a children’s playground. Mowbray Park is home to the Mowbray Park Bowling Club, East Brisbane Croquet Club and the Mowbray Park ferry wharf. The wharf sustained damage during the 2011 Brisbane floods and was re-opened shortly after. You can catch a RiverCity Ferry from this wharf which connects East Brisbane to the CBD or New Farm Park within minutes.
