This is a brronze bowl which has a typical shape of a bowl for Buddhist monks and letters are inscribed on the exterior of the bowl body. It is presumed that the bowl was made and has been used in Seonwonsa Temple in the 15th year of Emperor year Tongwha, or 997 A.D., and later was relocated to Sanoesa Temple.
