Created by the luxurious French manufacture La Maison Bru during the Chevrot period, this doll has a biscuit porcelain head, torso and hands, blown glass eyes and kid's skin and wood for body, legs and forearms. Thanks to its period dress, level of detail and large size, this piece is considered an exceptional example of a 19th century French doll.
