Camp David Executive Chef Mongiello and White House Executive Chef Scheib

After White House Executive Chef Pierre Chambrin was asked to resign, American Executive Chefs of Martin CJ Mongiello (L) took over at the Camp David Resort, Walter Scheib (R) at the White House and Donnie Fleshour (not shown) on Air Force One. Mongiello and Scheib are shown here making heart healthy cuisine that was medically controlled and designed by the chefs and with help from Doctor Connie Mariano and Doctor Dean Ornish. The basis for the new direction was taught by the Preventive Medicine Research Institute and Doctor Ornish's findings, books and studies.
