The broad success of the educational television series Sesame Street has fostered, over the years since its introduction in 1969, hundreds of different kinds of spin-off products. Naturally this includes toys and games of all kinds. Many of these have educational components as well, such as a set of flash cards with simple words printed and demonstrated by the Sesame Street characters.
