W.S. Miller farmhouse on Cedar View Dairy Ranch at Bovill in 1926, the year the addition was built. The addition (in front, with large porch) is shown with provisional tar paper roof. The old house (behind) was small, perhaps about 26' x 32'. Its back porch (far left, an enclosed structure) housed the cream separator, milk bottle storage, milk pails, cans, etc. and provided an area to bottle the milk. Washing and scalding of the milk equipment done in the kitchen. Cool storage in underground cellar beneath the house.
