Chef Thomas Zacharias at The Hills Music Festival cooking along side 5 local chefs from Shillong

The culinary exchange between the chefs honoured and celebrated local Meghalayan food through a special layout of indigenous wild edibles along with an inspired sit down meal using these ingredients.
