Chicken Shish Kebap

Although it may be assumed that chicken kebabs are prepared in the same way as meat shish kebabs, the difference from meat kebabs is that the marinade for chicken is made with olive oil, tomato paste and yogurt. Chicken soaked in this marinade is extremely tasty. It requires skill to grill the chicken so that it is not dry or raw inside but still retains its juices.
