Church of the Ascension

The Church of the Ascension is a unique monument of Ukrainian sacred architecture of the early 18th century. This church is built of timber without a single nail. Gregory Logvin, a well-known researcher of wooden temples, when describing the church, compared its central dome to a hero wearing a chain mail, and the side ones - to young squires.
