Confidential Circular, 21st July 1930

In the wake of the Civil Disobedience Movement, the Hon'ble Minister ordered the Principal of Presidency College (now Presidency University), to ask the teachers of the college to exercise utmost personal influence on the students (especially those in hostels) in order to ensure that they return to their classes. This is the letter in which the Principal informed the teachers about that order.
