The Cray-2 was the fastest computer in the world in 1985. It weighed 2.5 tons. It was supplied as a supercomputer with up to four processors, a peak performance of 2 GFLOPS, 2 GB of memory and a maximum clock speed of 4.1 ns. It is notable for its striking design.
