Federal Opposition Leader Tony Abbott talked to disabled people and their carers at the Make it Real rally for a National Disability Insurance Scheme in Stirling Gardens, central Perth, on Monday, April 30, 2012. Mr Abbott offered bipartisan support for a National Disability Insurance Scheme in response to Prime Minister Julia Gillard's commitment to the reform.
