Banner, brown cotton sateen ground, borders of cream, brown and green silk and cotton velvet ribbon, appliquéd scroll of cream and yellow silk with green silk embroidered lettering 'Women's Freedom League', embroidered red, green, white and brown central motif of a heart with wings within a circle of flowers, lettering 'Dare to be free' embroidered in brown along top edge, lined with light brown cotton sateen, light brown silk fringe and silk tassels along bottom edge, presented to Charlotte Despard for the Women's Coronation Procession, 17 Jun 1911.
