This is a pair of deerskin shoes with a low outer rim. The outer surface is made of deerskin while the inner part is lined with fabric made of animal fur. The toe-cap and the heel were occasionally decorated with dyed deerskin in a wave-like motif called taesa motif. It was generally worn by middle-aged people or elders of the upper class.
