Design for a Feather Skirt

Green fronds and green background. The decoration forms an elongated scallop, bordered at left and at the bottom by a white border with waved outline inside and decorated with plants and feathers and by a ruffle bordered at right by ruffled ovoids and a cord motif. The inner decoration consists of garlands, vine branches, and a fantastic spray.
