A desk lamp with a painted glass globe. A dome in the form of a tulip. 1890s. The lamp was given as a gift by A.P. Chekhov to contractor E.V. Egoryshev who took part in the construction of his cottage and all of three Chekhov’s schools. In the 1960s Egoryshev’s relatives gave this lamp to the museum.
