Room used for meals by both the Baron's family and the Presidency. It opens onto a balcony overlooking the Palace gardens. The stuccoes, frescoes and paintings on the walls represent fruits and still lifes.
Small cutout of the frieze of the Banquet Hall, where some fruits are painted (grapes, apples, oranges and pitomba), two bottles of champagne, two flute glasses and two glasses of ice cream. Highlights include a manjar, an originally Portuguese dessert. Considered a refined dish, it was served at large banquets for a few centuries. In Brazil, the delicacy gains a simpler and more popular version, made with cornstarch and coconut milk.
