Diagrams of the Masterplan key concepts

Pen and ink schematic diagrams detailing key concepts upon which the Masterplan was built around. As a polycentric town, Poundbury was planned to have four urban village centres which are all within 10 minutes walk. These are linked through a network of streets, squares and common space. Commerical buildings are mixed with residential reas, shops and leisure facilities to create a walkable community.
