Different arch on each floor

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus
Mumbai, India

Every floor has a different arch; the ground floor with black stones in it is called the Gothic arch, the first floor with ornamental shape is called the Mughal arch, second floor's round shaped and red stones is called the European arch. The sequence of these arches reflect that India has been through these two cultures, just like the Mughals and the Britishers.
