Dining room at the Acapulco home belonging to socialite Gloria Guinness and her husband, Loel Guinness, designed by Mexican architect, Marco Antonio Aldaco. Features include a dining table in sabino wood, hand-carved chairs from a marketplace in San Angel, a rug made out of "petates": handwoven straw peasant sleepmats, and Gloria's collection of Mexican pottery displayed on the shelves around the blue-and-white walls. Set into a niche in the wall is a Colonial statue of a saint with porcelain eyes.
