Jo Seub (1975-) was classified as a late popular art artist. The public's view of this period, categorized as the late 1990s and early 2000s, is very comical and the visual effects seem mischievous. Seub, who is bleeding, is wearing a Red Devils T-shirt and reproduces Lee Han-yeol's hanging picture pose with interest, but he has accused the audience of the tragic reality and is asking them to judge the value of individual interests in the democratic era.
