A draft of Jeongjo’s father, crown prince Janghun’s(1735-1762), anthology. ‘Yeje’ refers to the writings of the crown prince, and ‘simindang’ was a palace in Changgyeong palace where crown prince Jangheon stayed. The book collects the works from 1749 when deputy-rule began, and until ten years after. Volume one contains appeal, ode and letters, and volume two contains poetries. At the front part of the book is ‘Imsinso’ which is an appeal by the crown prince to the king. In 1752 when Yeongjo was going to abdicate from the throne to the crown prince Jangheon, he repented his lack of virtue and made an appeal. Following this writing is an ode to the princess Hwahyeop (1731-1752).
