The drawing room of the home of Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor, in his home in the Bois de Boulogne in Paris. gilded moulding separates the blue-painted wall into discrete panels. A crystal chandelier hangs from the center of the ceiling. The windows are curtained in white fabric embroidered with flowers. Gilded chairs upholstered in red fabric sit atop a large rug, next to a small round table containing a small round platform holding a porcelain sculpture of a dog.
