Lisa Folawiyo’s colorfully-beaded dress reinterprets traditional Ankara (African print) fabrics. Vogue Italia invited Folawiyo to show her spring 2013 collection at the Vogue Talent Exhibition in Milan. In spring 2015, she presented her ethically-produced looks in Lagos, New York, and Rome, winning acclaim from Women’s Wear Daily as well as Vogue.
