Egg Net Bag

This is a straw net bag, which is used to carry eggs and is characteristically loosely woven like a net. Egg net bags are shaped like a rectangle with an open top. They were made by weaving two strands of straw loosely enough to be able to see through the inside and then attaching a strap to be hung or held.
