  • Ingredients: Egusi soup: melon seeds 'Egusi', dry fish, ground crayfish, groundnut oil, palm oil, chopped spinach, ground pepper sauce, stick cubes, salt to taste, fermented locust beans ‘Iru’, dried shrimps, ‘Ede’, precooked meat and fish. Tomato stew: tomatoes, red bell peppers ‘Tatashe’, onions, ginger and garlic (if desired), seasonings, scotch bonnet peppers ‘ata rodo’, oil and a protein of choice (meat, beef, fish).
