Tuskegee Institute president F.D. Patterson and Commanding Officer, Maj. H.C. Magoon signed the diploma. Several names and addresses, probably of Glass's colleagues, appear on the back of the diploma. These include Robert M. Johnson, William P. Armstrong, Teddy A. Grinage, Samuel L. Leftenaut, Lawrence S. Miller, Anthony A. Laws, Homer Weathers, William M. Cousins, and Pablo R. Gonzales.
