Engraving showing Joseph de Contreras y Alvarado, royal printer of Lima during the Viceroyalty of Peru, active between 1686 and 1712. He also served as official printer of the Holy Office (Inquisition), the Crusade Court and the University of San Frames. The image is found in the publication "Royal relationship to the sovereign name and immortal memory of the Catholic King of Spain and Entrepreneur of the Indies, the most serene Lord Don Carlos II...".
