Circular, 30th June 1930 Envelope

In the wake of the Civil Disobedience movement, this circular was issued by Mr. K. Nazimuddin, Minister-in-charge of the Education Department of Government of Bengal regarding the conduct of all the government servants in relation to the Civil Disobedience Movement. Copies of that circular were sent to Presidency College (now Presidency University) since it was a government college.

Envelope in which the circular had come in the name of Professor P. C. Mahalanobis.
