Debbie says: "I was honoured to paint Eve the midwife, who has been working throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Usually Eve is involved with clinical trial work to improve care and outcomes in maternity but due to the extraordinary circumstances she has been triaging every woman coming into Singleton Hospital instead. Despite the change, Eve has remained amazingly positive and even though she's wearing a mask, her smile radiates through."
