Expanding Spectrum shows Larzelere’s love of vibrant colors. Inside the blue frame, the piece stretches up and out with uniform strips angled to form a “V” alongside the central rectangle. Outside the blue frame the piece explodes with V-shaped black, gray, and white inserts. Notice, however, that her signature strips are of even widths.
