The Supreme Tribunal of Lithuania was the supreme court of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, which operated in the years 1581–1794. The Lithuanian term of office was held in Vilnius, while the Russian term – alternately in Minsk and Novogrudok, and from 1775 – in Grodno. The displayed extract from the decision made at the meeting of the Supreme Tribunal of Lithuania held in Vilnius in the case of Stephan Szymanowicz, the landowner of the Ashmyany and Lida powiats against his relative Jan Oszmianec regarding the property outside the Gate of Dawn, in the suburb of Rasos.
