Film poster for the Hindi film 'Shahenshah' (Emperor), released in the year 1988.

The poster, made with the use of photographic cut outs shows the main and supporting characters from the film. In the centre of the poster is the iconic character Shahenshah, the vigilante, dressed in his outfit, holding a crutch in his right hand and a rope in his left. Right behind him is an image of the character Inspector Vijay. Both these characters are played by Amitabh Bachchan. The background image behind the image of Inspector Vijay shows a fire blast and two cars in the blast towards the top right corner.To the left of Shahenshah's image is an image of the female lead Shalu, played by Meenakshi Seshadri. To the right of Shahenshah's image are images of supporting characters. The first image is a face cut out of the character Abdul, played by Sharat Saxena. Right below his image is a face cut out of the character DCP Shrivastava, played by Kader Khan. Below his image is a bust-length image of the character J.K. Verma, who is pointing his finger towards the left. Right behind his image is a face cut out of the character Jagdeep. Towards the top left corner area is text reading 'FILM VISION PRESENTS'.
