Under imperial crown, double-headed eagle with wings down;
on eagle’s chest, shield with Moscow’s coat of arms; in eagle’s right
claws, torch burning on both ends, fascias, thunderbolt with arrows,
ribbon of the Order of St Andrew aflutter; and in its left claws, laurel
wreath. Under eagle, the minter’s mark: П — Д (P. Danilov).
