A museum dedicated to the brewing process of sake, housed in the largest earthen storehouse (former preparation storehouse) in the Tohoku region. In addition to introducing the sake brewing process and an exhibition of over 1,600 tools, there is also a toji (chief brewer) room dedicated to Matsuo Daimyojin, the god of sake, and a collection of materials on rice brewing.
