Frequency meter is a device for measuring the repetitions per unit of time (customarily, a second) of a complete electromagnetic waveform. Its unit of measurement is the Herz (Hz). It is a vibrating-plate type of divice and it is composed by circular dial inside which the steel plate have been placed. The electromagnet excitation causes oscillatory movement in the steel reveals the frequency. On the dial there is a graduated scale ranging from 40 to 52 Hz.
