Ingredients: 1 king crab, 300g marbled beef, 100g baby Chinese cabbage, 100g leaf lettuce, 100g sesame paste , 30g fermented bean curd, 30g chives, 10g scallions, 10g ginger, 10g dried shrimps,
Method:
1. Trim crab and place on ice.
2. Finely slice beef and place on ice.
3. Wash and trim vegetables and place on ice.
4. Prepare hot pot with broth, dried shrimps, scallions and ginger. Bring to boil for searing lobsters, beef, and vegetables. Serve with bean curd and sesame paste as dips.
