In the summer of 2019 STENOGRAFFIA festival placed stars in the Iset river. People wished upon the stars, closed their eyes and threw their stars into the river. That night, this magical project by SPEKTR made everyone share their dream with the world. About 390 stars were launched in total. At the end of the night the stars were collected and recycled.
