Vest: Man's off-white cotton damask waistcoat with domino/dice motif in blue and cream; cream ground of unbalanced plain-weave with pebbled appearance (barathea); dice motifs of novelty weave, arranged in groups of three with blue supplementary wool threads forming dots; sleeveless with deeply curving armscyes; narrow notched collar of same fabric, five glass/mother-of-pearl button center front closure; four slightly angled welt pockets with one inch upstanding welt; one inch slits at side seams; hem angles downward to points at each side of center front with a triangular notch at center front; shoulder seam at top of shoulder; back of off-white unbleached cotton; center back seam; belt of same fabric stitched at sides of back; proper left belt extends four and one-half inches from back with gold tone two-pronged buckle secured by single button closure; propert right belt extends five and one-quarter inches; back hem angles upward at center back; one and three-fourths inch turned-up hem; center front lined in unbleached cotton plain-weave with damask fabric facing.
