Dating from 1881, this complex of buildings for the Fulton Cotton Spinning Company thrived until the mid-1970s. It was converted into loft apartments in 1995, and is a superb example of the adaptive reuse of a historic mill complex.

Constructed in 1881 by the Fulton Cotton Spinning Company, the Mill thrived until the mid-1950s when it was sold. Expansions in 1895 and 1907 added more than 40,000 and 50,000 spindles, respectively. After years of declining operations, the mill closed in 1978 and the buildings sat empty for almost 20 years. Although abandoned and in disrepair, the mill was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1976 along with the mill village today known as Cabbagetown. In 1997, the mill underwent an extensive restoration and renovation into loft units.
