Instead of a flat game board, Kanin loikka (Funny Bunny) uses a three-dimensional map with altitude differences. The bunnies falling into the gaps make gameplay more exciting than if you had to imagine it happening on a two-dimensional board. In Kanin loikka, the three-dimensional nature of the terrain is not relevant in terms of the rules. In some board games and tabletop miniature games using real terrain, however, the differences in elevation can play a major role.
