[Georges Rouma]

Caricature of Georges Rouma (Brussels, 1881-1976), Belgian social scientist, educator and intellectual who tried to reform the educational system of Bolivian society. As director of the Casa Latino América in Brussels he gave the National Library of Peru a donation of books from his country.
This caricature was illustrated by Julio Malaga Grenet (Arequipa, 1886 - Lima, 1963), a prolific artist who stood out as a key figure in the development of graphic art at the beginning of the 20th century.
