Ingredients: 500g frozen persimmons, 30g ginger sugar, 20g sugar
Method:
1. Remove flesh from perssimons and puree then freeze for 3 hours.
2. Combine with sugar and torch to glaze until golden. Sprinkle with ginger sugar.
