This belt is composed of 20 gold ornaments and 2 gold buckles. This item mainly uses the "gold-frame setting" technique. Each ornament has a gold base inlaid with jade decorations. The two longer ornaments are decorated with openwork cloud and dragon patterns and one of the ornaments has an inscription on the edge that states the weight of the gold and silver used to make the belt.
This jade ornamentation is carved from greenish-white jade with a dragon pattern in the center of each ornament, surrounded by peony and cloud embellishments. The dragons have five claws and various forms. Due to immersion in water, most of the jade surfaces have a rusty tone.
