Gold Coins of Pakistan

Pakistan has also minted high denomination coins of gold to mark various national and international events. Four gold coins were issued in 1977 with two of Rs.500/-, and one each of Rs.1000/- & Rs.3000/- on the occasions of 100th Birth Anniversary of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah & Allama Muhammad Iqbal, Islamic Summit and Wild Life Conservation Day respectively.
