This green and gold capelet is part of a two-piece Cantonese opera costume. It is heavily embellished with green, silver, and gold sequins and silver bugle beads, primarily in a floral pattern. The hem is scalloped and edged with green and white two-toned tassels. The heads of the tassels are banded with two stripes of blue embroidery thread.
