H.E. Mr. Ángel García-Loygorri

Portrait of His Excellency Lieutenant General Ángel García-Loygorri y García de Tejada, 7th Count and 1st Duke of Vistahermosa, and Grandee of Spain. He was Director of the Civil Guard from September 29, 1864 to July 15, 1865, and Inspector General of the Border and Coast Guard Corps (Cuerpo de Carabineros) from May 24, 1849 to April 6, 1851.
