Harold Hirsch was born in 1882, the son of Henry and Rosalie Hutzler Hirsch. He began practicing law in Atlanta in 1904 and rapidly assumed a position of prominence in the legal, business, civic and social life of both the Jewish and general communities of Atlanta. He represented the Coca-Cola Company for over 30 years and was integral to designing the logo, bottles, and koshering the drink.
