Hogon Spirit House

Halfway up the escarpment, the Hogon's spirit house focuses the ritual activity of the Dama. Built into a large cave and surrounded by tall granaries, its facade bears the skins and skulls of countless sacrificed animals, many of which have been offered during the six week period before the Dama begins.
