The entrance hall of the apartment belonging to William A.M. Burden and his wife, in New York City. The apartment was designed by architect Philip Johnson. On the wall, hangs a large oil sketch of water lilies by Monet. At the end of a long goldfish pool is a Brancusi sculpture called "Bird in Flight."
